FINAL - AUS win by 122 runs
IND 210, 532
AUS 401-7 (dec), 463

It is all over as Australia turn a draw to an unlikely win as India's tail end collapsed. The Aussies won by 122 runs. This team has now equalled the Test record of 16 consecutive wins and take a 2-0 lead in this four-Test series.
The inspired introduction of Michael Clarke with three for five was the turning point in this match. Ponting get the win that he predicted and Andrew Symonds is the man-of-the-match with an almost prefect all-round performance.
"It was a real old-school classical Test match. It's been a big team effort," said Symonds.
Kumble was disappointed after his team had started the first day with promise.
"Unfortunately things did not go our way. There were too many things happening on the field. But we played brilliant cricket after (the 1st Test) in Melbourne," said the India captain.
"We would like to take the positives from this game but unfortunately the result did not go our way," Kumble added.
So the second Test ends with India with two Test defeats. It was tough especially for Kumble and Rahul Dravid who gave their all. It was high drama at the Sydney Cricket Ground - a perfect way to end a Test match that had almost everything.
